By creating an account or using Senkyuu you agree to these terms. If you are creating an account on behalf of students, you are also confirming you have the authority to do so.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Teacher accounts are personal and may not be shared. Student accounts created by a teacher are managed by that teacher.
You may not use Senkyuu to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this without refund.
You own the course content you create. By uploading it you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to users of your classrooms. We will not use your content for any other purpose.
Paid plans are billed via Ko-fi. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or data loss beyond what is required by applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
